Why are my courses locked?

You purchased SkyTrak course play and courses are still locked? Below are the top tips and tricks to get playing

1: Check to make sure you are in Network mode or USB (PC Only). If you are in direct mode you will NOT be able to download courses. ST+ connection modes

2: Once in Network or USB mode, close and reopen the application. Then, Proceed to course play and press view all to see your available course list. NOTE: There are two course pack options. Please make sure that you are looking for the courses that you have purchased. If you have the Core Plan, you should be authorized for the courses that end in " - Foresight". With the Elite Plan, you'll be authorized for both Foresight and Trackman.

3: If the courses are unlocked, but you get the message "Course Download fail, you must log in" please check that you are logged into the account under which your SkyTrak is registered to download courses.  Additionally, check that you are connected to your home WiFi network, and that you have connectivity on a browser. If you need to resolve connectivity, close and reopen the application after doing so.
