# Clear the SkyTrak Cache

If you are using a Mobile Device, such as an iPad, iPhone, or Android, you should simply need to uninstall the app, and download it again to clear the database file.

**1.** Close the Skytrak app.

**2.** On your Keyboard press your **Windows key** + **R** together to open the Run dialogue.

**3**. Type appdata then click OK.

**4.** Double Click LocalLow.

**5.** Left click the "SkyTrak" folder once to highlight it. Then, press the "Delete" key on your keyboard.

**6.** Launch your SkyTrak software like normal
