VPN Adapter Detected
With a new PC, or after an operating system upgrade, you may find yourself with a "VPN Adapter Detected" message upon opening the SkyTrak application. This will prevent a wireless connection. Below are the steps to resolve the issue.
-Press your Windows Key on your keyboard.
-Type "Device Manager" and press Enter.
-Expand the "Network Adapters" category.
-Anything that says TAP, TUN, Tunnel, VPN, Secureline, Speedify... needs to be right clicked, then "Disable Device" from the resulting context menu.
