When a search returns multiple SkyTrak accounts associated to the same user, it is best to update each of them to prevent issues in the future. This article will detail how update duplicate or unused SkyTrak accounts.

1. Verify the account you are updating is no longer needed and doesn't have any active Devices/Plans/Subscriptions. (if multiple accounts are needed, update each of them with a different email address)
2. Select the Customer icon for the corresponding account, then click the to Edit Customer.
3. Update the following: Email = CustomerID, First Name = Disable, Last Name = Client, Phone = 9999999999
4. Select any option for empty required fields, then click Save.
