First and foremost, allow enough time in between shots for the SkyTrak Launch Monitor to restart tracking. If it's still missing shots, have the end user check the following pieces to ensure they are operating properly.
- Check the alignment and positioning of SkyTrak Launch Monitor.
- Verify SkyTrak Launch Monitor is level and even.
- Verify SkyTrak Launch Monitor is same height as the surface you are hitting off.
- Verify SkyTrak Launch Monitor is parallel to the intended line of play.
- Check the ball and tee position.
- If not using a tee: be sure to place ball on red dot from laser.
- If using a tee: be sure the red dot from the laser is pointing at the base of the tee, not the ball.
- If you have protection for SkyTrak Launch Monitor:
- Be sure it is the actual case that is designed not to interfere with the optical lasers.
- If in Network Connection:
- Double check network connection is strong.
- If in USB Cable Connection:
- Double check USB cord is plugged in correctly and in working condition.
- If in Direct Wi-Fi Connection:
- Double check the connection has not dropped and your device is still connected to your SkyTrak Launch Monitor.
