Single Blue Power LED

Solid blue light means that your system is booting up. However if your unit gets stuck booting up, here are ways to possibly resolve it. 

Take the unit outside of your WiFi network range. It should jog out of the single-blue state, and go to green-red-red once you are sufficiently far away, and it can no longer try to connect to your home SSID. If that doesn't happen, and you can't see your home WiFi network available on your phone, reboot the unit and wait about 60 seconds.

If you still see the single blue LED after that, this implicates a firmware issue that will require an in-house repair. Please reach out to support on Live Chats or Phones to begin the process.

NOTE: Turning off your home router may not work to test this thoroughly.
