SkyTrak Supertag Beta FAQ

Q. What SkyGolf membership is required for SkyTrak SuperTag Beta?

A. SkyGolf Pro Plus (purchase from SkyGolf web site).

Q. Do I need to do anything in my SkyTrak software to enable
SuperTag integration?

A. You must download and install the SkyTrak SuperTag Beta software to
enable SuperTag integration (download from SkyTrak web site). The
standard download does not contain the SuperTag integration.

Q. The SkyTrak SuperTag Beta software crashes upon launch. How
do I fix this?

A. This could be related to your Bluetooth connectivity. Toggle your
Bluetooth OFF then ON and try again. If the issue persists verify your
Bluetooth is working by connecting to other devices. If you are not able to
connect to other Bluetooth devices you may have a problem with your
Bluetooth hardware.

Q. I do not see tiles in my SkyTrak Software where the SuperTag
metric data should appear. How do I fix this?

A. This indicates you are running the original SkyTrak software and have
not installed the SkyTrak SuperTag Beta software (download from the
SkyTrak web site).

Q. I see the tiles in my SkyTrak SuperTag Beta software, however, no
data is populated when I take a swing. What can cause this?

A.
(1) First, verify you have a valid SkyGolf Pro Plus membership. You can
purchase this from the SkyGolf web site.
(2) This could be related to your Bluetooth connectivity. Toggle your Bluetooth OFF then ON and try again. If the issue persists, verify your Bluetooth is working by connecting to other devices. If you are not able to connect to other Bluetooth devices you may have a problem with your Bluetooth hardware.
(3) Your internet connection may not be available.

Q. Which metrics to Supertags unlock?

Q. Can I use the original SkyTrak Launch Monitor with supertags?

A. Yes, but only the four metrics above will be unlocked by doing so. Face data measured by the SkyTrak+ and SkyTrak Max will not appear.

Q. Can I use the Supertags beta on my iOS or MacOS device?

A. At this time, the Supertags beta software is only available for Windows devices.
