SkyTrak+/MAX Not Charging

We highly recommend using the C to C cable to charge the SkyTrak. The splitter cable is ONLY to be used for USB mode for PC. If you are using IOS/MAC/Android, please do not use the splitter cable.

*While this process will keep the unit charged while actively in USB mode, the cable must be switched to the included USB-C to USB-C cable for an overnight charge.

1: Plug SkyTrak + splitter cable into SkyTrak + underneath the dust cover.

2: Plug the "Power only" USB-C cable into the provided AC power adapter. Wait for Yellow/Amber power light.

3: Power on SkyTrak +. Wait for Green/Red/Red

4: Plug "PC' USB-A cable into your PC.

5. Once you log in, your SkyTrak + will automatically connect to the SkyTrak software and will show the following.

(Green/Green/Red) = Checking License Files

(Green/Green/Green) = Connected

SkyTrak MAX

The SkyTrak max has two separate inputs for data and power. Please make sure you are using the input on the left hand side, with the lightning bolt icon connected directly to the included AC adapter with the provided SkyTrak USB cable. Always plug the AC adapter in first, then connect the other end of the cable to the SkyTrak unit. In some cases, the unit may not begin to charge if the AC adapter is unplugged, then plugged back in without subsequently doing so on the SkyTrak unit.
