How to Change your Password

In the event that you need to change or reset your password, follow the below directions for both the SkyTrak site and the SkyTrak App.

SkyTrak Site (While Logged In):

Select your Name at the top of the site, this will navigate you to the My Account page.
Select Update Password on the main page.
Enter your current or "old" password as well as your desired password twice as it needs to verify the new password.
Select Submit this will save your new password settings. You can now use your new password to log in from this point onward.

SkyTrak Site (While Logged Out):

Hover over "Software and Membership" at the top of the SkyTrak website, then click "Clubhouse Login". This should take you to clubhouse.skytrakgolf.com.
Select "Forgot Username or Password?" this will open up a new webpage for the SkyTrak Site.
Enter your Username.This is distinct from your email address. If you don't know your username, click "Forgot Username".
It will ask you to verify your email address on file to send the password reset link to and select "Submit".
An email will be sent to your email address on file that will allow you to reset your password.

SkyTrak App:

Select "Forgot Username or Password?" this will open up a new webpage for the SkyTrak Site.
Enter your Username.This is distinct from your email address. If you don't know your username, click "Forgot Username".
It will ask you to verify your email address on file to send the password reset link to and select "Submit".
An email will be sent to your email address on file that will allow you to reset your password.
