In the event that you need to change or reset your password, follow the below directions for both the SkyTrak site and the SkyTrak App.
SkyTrak Site (While Logged In):
- Select your Name at the top of the site, this will navigate you to the My Account page.
- Select Update Password on the main page.
- Enter your current or "old" password as well as your desired password twice as it needs to verify the new password.
- Select Submit this will save your new password settings. You can now use your new password to log in from this point onward.
SkyTrak Site (While Logged Out):
- Select Log In at the top of the site.
- Select "Forgot Username or Password?" this will open up a new webpage for the SkyTrak Site.
- Enter your Username, if known, or your email address if you do not know your username and select "Submit".
- It will ask you to verify your email address on file to send the password reset link to and select "Submit".
- An email will be sent to your email address on file that will allow you to reset your password, this email will also include your username.
SkyTrak App:
- Select "Forgot Username or Password?" this will open up a new webpage for the SkyTrak Site.
- Enter your Username, if known, or your email address if you do not know your username and select "Submit".
- It will ask you to verify your email address on file to send the password reset link to and select "Submit".
- An email will be sent to your email address on file that will allow you to reset your password, this email will also include your username.
