Before getting started make sure you have these 3 things
1:E6 activation code from email. 20 digit number (Finding purchased Codes)
2: Email address you can receive emails to verify your new E6 account.
3: 8 character password.
Activating your license:
Step 1: go to portal.e6golf.com
Step 2: Sign in/Sign up
2.1 When you sign up you will get an email after creating an account to verify your email. (You will need to do this so you can add your activation code.)
Step 3: Scroll down and go to Licenses
Step 4: Click on Redeem Key
Step 5: Enter 20 digit License key from email and press submit
5.1 Play and Improve plan will have 1 license code that will activate for IOS and PC. Basic and Expand will have separate codes for IOS and PC that you will have to do this with each code.
Step 6: Once added to your account you will see what package you purchased in red under E6 connect licenses and or subscriptions.
Downloading E6:
Link to download software: https://portal.e6golf.com/update/e6-connect (Must be signed in)
Step 1: After activating your license click on your profile at the top right next to the shopping cart and click on downloads.
Step 2: Press Download (This may take a second to start the download)
Step 3: Once down load is complete open the file (This may take a second to open)
Step 4: Press yes to allow to app to make changes
Step 5: Complete the E6 Set up wizard
5.1 Once completed and the application does not show up on your desktop. Go to file explorer then to download and re open the E6 download file and complete the wizard one more time pressing repair and completing the next steps.
Step 6: Open the E6 application
Step 7: Activate/Log in to E6
Step 8: Press activate on the license that shows tracking systems one on bottom right hand side of the screen. (Tracking systems 1 means that it is an active plan. If it shows 0 it means it is expired and if it shows more than 1 it means that it is the demo.)
You have now completed the SkyTrak set up and are ready to play E6 connect!
