Direct mode not connecting (IOS)

If you are able to connect to the SkyTrak or ST Plus WIFI, but the SkyTrak application is not finding the SkyTrak launch monitor, please follow the steps below. 

1: Go to iPad/iPhone settings
2: Scroll down to Privacy & Security
3: Local Network
4: Find SkyTrak/SkyTrak Lite application
5: Make sure it is turned on (Green) 
6: Go back to SkyTrak application after verifying that you are still connected to the SkyTrak WIFI.

Hard-close and reopen the SkyTrak application with this process: https://support.apple.com/en-us/109359

The application should say "Loading" when you reopen it initially. If not, try that process again.
