5.0 Data Never Stops Syncing

This article details troubleshooting steps to take if the "Data Sync" indicator within the profile menu of the SkyTrak application does not reflect "Data Synced"

 

Why Won't My SkyTrak Data Sync?

For the SkyTrak application to sync your data you have to be connected to the internet with the application open. It is important to note that devices will not sync your data while connected with Direct Mode, and you will have to return an internet connection to your device with the SkyTrak application running for your data to sync. It is not required that the SkyTrak be actively connected to the application for this to happen. 

 

Connected but not Syncing?

  1. Ensure you are logged into your SkyTrak account on your SkyTrak app.
  2. Check the internet connection of the device running the SkyTrak application.
  3. Close the SkyTrak application, disconnect and reconnect your device to the internet, and then reopen the SkyTrak application.
  4. Reset your SkyTrak Launch Monitor and connect it via Network Mode or USB Mode.
