Confirm your License in the SkyTrak App

This article will guide you on how to access your new subscription. 

After renewing your membership, it might be necessary to validate your license to enjoy all of your perks.

These steps can also help you with the following errors:

- TGC "Hardware Provisioning Error."
- WGT "Stroke Error Message."

- SkyTrak invalid membership.

 

1. Log into your SkyTrak APP Master (Main) account page and click on your username.

 

 

2. A Menu bar will appear. Log out of your Master account and turn OFF your SkyTrak Launch Monitor.

 

 

3. Make sure your device (PC/iOS/Android) has internet connection. Log back into your Master Account using your Username and Password and turn on your SkyTrak Launch Monitor. 

You will notice a message saying that your license is being validated. 

 

 

4. After these steps, you should be able to enjoy your perks!
