If you are using a Mobile Device, such as an iPad, iPhone, or Android, you should simply need to uninstall the app, and download it again to clear the database file.
1. Close the Skytrak app.
2. On your Keyboard press your Windows key + R together to open the Run dialogue.

3. Type appdata then click OK.

4. Double Click LocalLow.

5. Left click the "SkyTrak" folder once to highlight it. Then, press the "Delete" key on your keyboard.
6. Launch your SkyTrak software like normal
