Receiving and error when trying to register SkyTrak launch monitor

If you see the error "Device not belong to user or family" is what you will see if your device is registered to another person or if you may have already registered it to your account. If it is not already on your account, you will need to reach out to support for further assistance on removing that device from the previous owner.



If you see the error "We do not recognize the ESN supplied by this device". Please double check you have typed the serial number correctly. Once you have confirmed the serial number is correct than please reach out to support for further assistance.
