The following steps will help you retrieve and redeem your E6 Connect product key from a renewal.
The first step is to retrieve your new 20 digit product key. This process can vary based on which portal you purchased your membership from. If you purchased from the main webstore at skytrakgolf.com, you'll need to first retrieve and redeem your nine digit code within your Clubhouse account, which will send off your new product key. If you purchased from within your clubhouse account, you should have an email with the subject line "E6 Basic/Expand Activation Instructions" upon purchase.
You should have an initial email that looks like this:
Click the "Get Activation Code" link, and you will be taken to a page that looks like this:
Copy the code(s), and navigate to clubhouse.skytrakgolf.com, and log in with your SkyTrak credentials if prompted. You will then click "Memberships" at the bottom of the left hand banner, and "Apply Prepaid Membership Code".
Enter the nine-digit code with the dashes, in all capital letters. The format should be XXX-XXX-XXX.
This will trigger the E6 Basic/Expand Activation Instructions email to send. Copy the Mobile or Desktop product key from the instructions, then follow these steps.
*If you purchased your membership from within your Clubhouse account, this email will send upon purchase. You will not have a nine-digit code to redeem.
- Navigate to the settings page of E6 Connect through the blue gear icon at the bottom right of the home screen.
- Select "Info and Help" on the left (1) and then "Simulator Binding" on the bottom, in red.
Note: If you do not see "Info and Help" click "Admin" and enter your four digit PIN.
- Select "Rebind"
- Log in with your E6 Connect credentials.
- If you are prompted to renew your previous license, select "No"
Enter your 20 digit E6 Activation code.
