It is uncommon for your SkyTrak Launch Monitor to have issues playing The Golf Club Game. However, if you do experience difficulties, this article outlines some troubleshooting techniques to try.
For best playing results it is recommended you keep all software up to date and your PC meets The Golf Club Game's minimum requirements to play. Your TGC 2019 software should update automatically, but should you need to manually update you can do so by running tgcsetup.exe again.
If you can't get the game to start
- You can find the license status under licenses in the TGC Simulator Console Page
- You can check the status of the SkyTrak Launch Monitor connection in the TGC Interface application
- Try completely closing out of TGC Interface and Console, checking network connection in SkyTrak application, close SkyTrak application, and restart TGC interface. TGC connection Troubleshooting.

- If you are receiving an error message, our TGC 2019 - Error Message Solutions article can help to troubleshoot and find solutions.
If connection is lost during game:
Check your network signal is strong enough to support the game.
- May require being closer to modem or having a booster for your Wi-Fi signal.
- To reconnect without exiting the game:
If shots are not registering:
- Check out Troubleshooting SkyTrak Not Registering Shots
- Check that you are not zoomed in with the scout camera (Q). This will prevent the SkyTrak from readying.
If putts are not registering:
While SkyTrak is more likely to have trouble with putts, it should not miss more than three in a row, even if they are very short. Follow the steps to reconnect your box should this happen. You may also configure gimmie options under the settings column.
