LOGIN ISSUE: Internet Provider Advanced Security
You may suddenly find that you are unable to log in on the SkyTrak application, while you can log into the SkyTrak Clubhouse online.
Internet service providers have released a kind of real-time monitoring system that may see the .skytrakgolf.com domain as a threat. This prevents the SkyTrak application from reaching our server, which can cause login, course downloads, and license sync to fail. Below are steps to fix it.
1.Xfinity app

Open your Xfinity application on your mobile device and log in with the credentials you use to manage your internet service

Navigate to "Home" on the bottom navigation bar, and select "Advanced Security"

Click "Turn Off Advanced Security"

Close and re-open the SkyTrak application, and try logging in again.
2. T-Mobile T-Life App

- the feature is found under Cyber Security within the T-Life app.
- Set up your gateway first via the T-Life app before accessing.
- You must log in with your T-Mobile ID or it will not be visible.

- In the T-Life app, Go to the More tab.
- Under settings, Enable Advanced Security will show as enabled.
- Toggle to Off and Security tab will now show Security is disabled.
- Close and re-open the SkyTrak application, and try logging in again.
