Zoom and Communications Guide

Zoom Channels

1. Technology Services
Technology Services is our most used channel. It includes everyone from our TSR team to the CTO. This is the place to pose questions to your teammates that relate to active support requests, or structural questions. 

2. TSR-Venting-Zone
This channel is for off-topic discussion. This just includes the TSR teams and managers. Anything you wouldn't say to most of the company, but is still appropriate for a company forum goes here.

3. SlackTrak
This channel exists to keep us all cognizant of who is out on break, lunch, etc. Any time you need to step AFK, please post here, no detail needed other than the time you'll be away. 



4. skytrak-support-dev-help
This channel is for reporting issues and outages related to CaddyMaster or Clubhouse. You may also make main site webpage requests here.
5. RMA Update
If you create an RMA for something that you're not sure exactly how to label, or haven't seen before, post the link and a brief description including the type of unit and warranty status here. This will guarantee that the RMA team will get eyes on it before it gets too far along in the process. They'll want to see anything that is a weird issue, or if the customer has had a particularly bad experience so that they can discuss exceptions/adherence to policy.


6. Caddy Improvement
Report anything Caddy, our AI chatbot does wrong here. John or Nick can fix the issue. In this example, Caddy thinks courses are available in SkyTrak Lite, which is not true.
 

7. Feature/Bug Request Wishlist
This channel is like Dev Help but for the SkyTrak application. Report any bugs (that you've been able to replicate) or feature requests here. Often you'll receive a timeline on when it will be fixed/added at a later time.
