Caddymaster Anatomy and Feature Authorization

Anatomy of a Caddymaster account and a scenario in which a customer is not authorized for features they have paid for.

1. Username - Customers must log in with this, email will not work.

2. Registered ESN - Shows active subscription and warranty end date. You may also register a new unit in the field next to "Add New Device". The "Software Info" tab will show the last version of the software that sent an MMS call to the server. The MMS activities tab lists all MMS calls made from the device this unit typically connects to.

3. Pressing the upgrade button will display the current subscription, and any henceforth "Loose subscriptions", plans with an end date in the future that are not registered to the device. You can switch which subscription is applied by clicking the bubble next to the loose subscription.
*Loose "Core with Trackman" subscriptions are not applicable by pressing the "Upgrade" button. If there is a loose CWT subscription, it must be made to be the only plan with an end date in the future on the account, then the unit needs to be detached and re-registered. Then, it should apply automatically.

4. Last Login Indicator - This reports logins to both the application, and to the Clubhouse website. If this reads prior to 2022, the customer will have to do a password reset on the Clubhouse website before logging in. A last log in that's especially far in the past may indicate that they're using a duplicate account to log in.

6. Plan Memberships - Shows current and historical membership plans.

7. Sim Subscriptions - 3rd party lifetime subscriptions like TGC will show here. There is a mail icon which sends the user their initial activation email for that software.

8. Purchases - Shows all orders a customer has placed under this email address, both through Shopify and Clubhouse. In the event that they place a Shopify order through a different email, then redeem the prepaid code to their account, you'll see a zero dollar purchase corresponding with the purchased plan.

9. Arrows Icon - This is for transferring memberships between users. Once clicked, it will prompt you for the Customer ID of the target account, found just above the username. If the membership you're transferring is expired, it will give you an error message. Simply go through the steps again to transfer an expired membership to another account, the error will not appear the second time.

10.Pencil Icon - This adjusts the end date of subscriptions.

3.Click the "MMS Activities"tab. This tab reports any MMS calls that have come from the user's application. This happens each time the application is launched while their PC or iPad is connected to the internet.

4. Click the eye icon on the right hand side of the most recent call. This section reports the membership name, and feature flag status for each feature. The most important ones are:
-F2: Essential
-F131: Trackman Courses
-F132: Foresight Courses
You should only really need to pay attention to the Membership name, but it's worthwhile to look at both when that seems like it's reporting correctly, but the user still reports a lack of access.
Essential Plan: F2 enabled, F131 and F132 disabled
Core Plan: F2 and F132 enabled, F131disabled
Elite Plan: F2, F131, and F132 enabled.
In this example, while the latest MMS report is from today, their plan still reads Essential in the MMS call.

This customer should be asked to close and reopen the SkyTrak application after confirming that they're using either USB or Network Mode. If they're not in USB or Network Mode, this is a good time to coach them through getting there, as they'll need to do so anyway to download courses. This person probably opened the SkyTrak application, then subsequently upgraded their plan through Clubhouse or redeemed an activation key they had been sent prior.

Once they launch the application again, there should be a new entry in MMS activities.

The Customer's flag 132 is now enabled. They should have access to download Foresight courses next time they connect.
