Some situations in which the Rapsodo utility may be used:
-User is having trouble applying firmware updates
-User is having trouble getting their unit to initially connect to their network
-In the span of a remote session, you wish to switch someone to Network Mode from USB mode without having to disconnect and coach them through the Network Setup Wizard
Typically you'll need to be in a remote session to use the utility. Start by confirming that the user can connect in USB mode. Make sure you close the SkyTrak application before trying to connect to the utility.
In quick assist, click the chat bubble on the top right of your window.
