Any GOLFTEC Merchandise questions need to be directed to email shop@golftec.com. The phone number in the ProShop goes to SkyTrak sales and they do not support/sell any of those products, only SkyTrak products. There is no other phone number for ProShop, has to be an email


  1. We are not able to change addresses once and order is placed. This is mainly due to possible fraud. We suggest if people need to change their order, that they cancel the order and make a replacement order. This will allow the systems we have in place to detect fraudulent orders.
  2. We no longer will support shipping to APO and PO boxes. Not shipping to a PO Box is not a new practice but we have attempted to work with APO’s.
Whenever sending a RMA Replacement  please add a note on the right hand side of shopify, with the RMA # - R so the OPS team knows it's a replacement, see bellow
