# SkyGolf Refund/Return

**Warranty Return**  
1:The customer contacts us.   
2: We verify that the item is a SkyHawke product.   
3: We direct the customer to complete the replacement request form: https://skygolf.com/pages/replacement-request-form  
4 :Once we receive their request (after the form is completed), we will reach out to the customer and confirm the return process with them directly.  
5:We do not have a restocking fee.  
6: Please give them our support email address, which is membersupport@skygolf.com  
7: Put a note in the ( Drop Ship RMAs - Best Buy / GolfBays ) channel 

Refund:   
1:The customer contacts us.
