Installing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Runtimes

On some occasions, support may ask you to install these packages. These may resolve issues with application launching or connection.

Click the blue "Download" button on the left hand side of the page.

Click the flag that says "Closest to Me".

 

Navigate to your File Explorer by clicking the yellow folder icon at the bottom of your screen, on the taskbar.

Click "Downloads" on the left hand side.

Right click "Visual C Runtimes..." and select "Extract All" and then "Extract".


Right click the file that says "Install_all" and select "Run as Administrator".
