Establish an initial connection to your launch monitor. **Troubleshooting**: -PC: If you're having trouble with a wireless mode, try USB mode -MacOS/iOS: If you have a Windows PC at all, you may [download](https://www.skytrakgolf.com/pages/downloads) SkyTrak for Windows and try connecting in USB mode. If this is unavailable, you may need to take your unit outside of WiFi range, then reboot. The LED indicators will display Green-Red-Red and allow you to[connect in Direct Mode](https://resources.skytrakgolf.com/6.x-how-to-connect-your-skytrak-launch-monitor?hsLang=en) to do the reset. **NOTE: At times while you may still see green-yellow-red LEDs, check if you can see the STPLUS/STMAX WiFi network. Power on your SkyTrak Launch Monitor. 2\. Use a small paper clip or pin to gently press the button while the unit is powered on, but NOT connected to the software. The LEDs should be green-red-red or green-yellow-red, all solid. Hold down until all LED lights turn yellow. You should feel a click when the button has been depressed. 5\. Once the reset is complete, your SkyTrak Launch Monitor has been reset. 6\.
