Why Won't My SkyTrak Data Sync?

For the SkyTrak application to sync your data you have to be connected to the internet with the application open. It is important to note that devices will not sync your data while connected with Direct Mode, and you will have to return an internet connection to your device with the SkyTrak application running for your data to sync. 

 

*NOTE this indicator applies only to syncing bag and shot history information from your Clubhouse account to your local application. This indicator is not meaningful for membership status.

Connected but not Syncing?

  1. Ensure you are logged into your SkyTrak account on your SkyTrak app.
  2. Check the internet connection of the device running the SkyTrak application.
  3. Close the SkyTrak application, disconnect and reconnect your device to the internet, and then reopen the SkyTrak application.
  4. Reset your SkyTrak Launch Monitor and connect it via Network Mode or USB Mode.
