If you find that upon opening the SkyTrak application, the connection indicator repeatedly cycles through the "Connecting" and "Not Connected" states a system setting may be in need of adjustment.
1. Make sure there are no other devices, or instances of the SkyTrak application running simultaneously.
If you have an alternate, or mobile device with SkyTrak or SkyTrak Lite installed, make sure it is completely closed with this process (for iOS).
2. Make sure your SkyTrak toggle in your "Local Network" settings page is enabled
