# 6.X How To Clear Application Cache

## You may be asked to clear your application cache as a troubleshooting measure. This article contains instructions for how to do so.

1\. Click the Launch Monitor icon in the Player Hub on the top left corner of the screen:

2\. Click "Clear Cache" at the bottom of the screen.

3\. Click "Clear now".

\*NOTE: Clearing the cache will clear any downloaded courses and ranges. We strongly recommend that you perform this process only at the request of a support agent, or if you are experiencing a repeat issue in which clearing the cache had resolved previously. This will ensure you're not spending any more time downloading content than needed.
